Simon’s love of life in the Algarve, with its abundant natural beauty, outstanding coastline and clear blue skies was the driving force behind the launch of Quintas & Casas. Pursuing his passion for the crossover between living in the Algarve and commerce, Simon seized at the opportunity to launch a boutique agency, with customer service at its heart.

Simon’s background is in the event industry, launching and producing exhibitions, festivals and summits. Simon applies his extensive experience of sales and negotiations to each individual property, whilst taking the time to listen to the clients needs.

Keith has over 30 years worldwide award-winning experience in architectural and interior design, and over the last 10 years has been successfully transforming projects for private owners and commercial property speculators both in UK, the Middle East and in Portugal.

Keith is available to help sellers maximize the appeal of their properties, to assist buyers in recognising and creating their dream home in the Algarve, and to work with investors seeking a realistic financial return. Having purchased and transformed two family homes in the central Algarve, Keith has the experience and network to ensure that clients both enjoy and profit from realising stunning homes in the region.

With a deep-rooted passion for Design, and a love of everything that the Algarve has to offer home-owners, Keith is always happy to informally discuss and review a property’s potential.

Silvia began her career in real estate in the Algarve in 1991, always in the Central Algarve, giving her a great understanding and knowledge of the area, property values and desirable locations.

Martin moved to the Algarve from the UK in 1980. Since then, he has been involved in multiple building and development projects, including renovations, new-builds, wooden-houses and light-weight steel homes.

Having lived near Loulé for many years he is very familiar with the construction techniques and property values in the beautiful countryside regions of the Algarve.

Martin joins the team with his local expertise and knowledge to assist with both viewing and listing properties, giving our clients the very best opportunity to have us value and sell your home.

Alan has lived in the Algarve since 2016 working as a property consultant, following an impressive career as a Chartered Accountant for multi-national companies, and subsequently as a fiscal advisor to expatriates in Portugal.

Aside from his direct efforts to secure the right property option for our clients Alan has particular expertise in the legal and fiscal aspects of vacation rentals of property in Portugal. Alan can advise clients on all aspects of property purchase and will analyse their priorities, and put forward a range of options to meet as closely as possible the given criteria.

Having sourced, purchased and renovated his own family home in the Algarve, Alan brings experience and enthusiasm for Algarve property, as well as the golf, tennis and sailing that is on offer.

Jacob has grown up, and been educated in Loulé from a young age, and therefore enjoys the benefits of being fluent in both Portuguese and English, in addition to being fully immersed in Portuguese culture.

Having acquired excellent experience and communication skills in the hospitality and luxury yacht industry, Jacob has a natural understanding for both the Algarve lifestyle and an appreciation for the luxury end of the market. He has worked with a number of major Portugal entities as a sales consultant, and more recently in the property sector.

Jacob couldn’t be a better example of the success enjoyed by expatriate families in the Algarve, and we are delighted to have him involved in the future of Quintas and Casas.

Marcia has been working in the Algarve real estate environment since 2000, and has an excellent knowledge of the processes and requirements for selling or buying your home.

Speaking Portuguese and English, and qualified in Business Management & Administration, she is a key part of our team, great at 'problem-solving' and ensuring that our clients are happy and informed at all times.

Marilla moved to the Algarve permanently in 2018 having been a regular visitor to the area for several years and has over thirty years of experience in the Real Estate sector. Having chosen to make the area of São Brás de Alportel her home she is passionate about the area and feels that her love of property will forever run through her veins. Through her own experience she has a good understanding of working with local architects, engineers and builders.

Marilla is a keen cyclist and has covered over 3,500 kilometres exploring the area: towns, villages and the beauty of the Serra do Caldeirão. She also loves to kite-surf and used to race cars at club level when she lived in England. Marilla has a very enthusiastic and personable approach and her priority at all times is to work closely with her clients to understand their needs.
