Keith has over 30 years worldwide award-winning experience in architectural and interior design, and over the last 10 years has been successfully transforming projects for private owners and commercial property speculators both in UK, the Middle East and in Portugal.

Keith is available to help sellers maximize the appeal of their properties, to assist buyers in recognising and creating their dream home in the Algarve, and to work with investors seeking a realistic financial return. Having purchased and transformed two family homes in the central Algarve, Keith has the experience and network to ensure that clients both enjoy and profit from realising stunning homes in the region.

With a deep-rooted passion for Design, and a love of everything that the Algarve has to offer home-owners, Keith is always happy to informally discuss and review a property’s potential.

Iryna is driven and enthusiastic, with an innate ability to manage her time and efforts effectively; both confident and highly organized, Iryna is committed to meeting all client objectives and aspires to 100% customer service at all times!
Educated in Ukraine, Iryna received a specialist degree in English Language and Literature in Precarpathian National University in 2016

Iryna is fluent in several languages including English, Portuguese and Russian which will help her to communicate with all our customers, listening to their needs and taking care of any and all required documentation.

Martin moved to the Algarve from the UK in 1980. Since then, he has been involved in multiple building and development projects, including renovations, new-builds, wooden-houses and light-weight steel homes.

Having lived near Loulé for many years he is very familiar with the construction techniques and property values in the beautiful countryside regions of the Algarve.

Martin joins the team with his local expertise and knowledge to assist with both viewing and listing properties, giving our clients the very best opportunity to have us value and sell your home.

Martin has a very easy-going nature and is always happy to share a coffee and give you his authentic and honest opinion on any questions you may have.

Alan has lived in the Algarve since 2016 working as a property consultant, following an impressive career as a Chartered Accountant for multi-national companies, and subsequently as a fiscal advisor to expatriates in Portugal.

Aside from his direct efforts to secure the right property option for our clients Alan has particular expertise in the legal and fiscal aspects of vacation rentals of property in Portugal. Alan can advise clients on all aspects of property purchase and will analyse their priorities, and put forward a range of options to meet as closely as possible the given criteria.

Having sourced, purchased and renovated his own family home in the Algarve, Alan brings experience and enthusiasm for Algarve property, as well as the golf, tennis and sailing that is on offer.

Charlie has enjoyed living near Tavira since 2020. In that time, he has helped many clients buy and sell properties throughout the east Algarve. He has a flair for matching buyers with their ideal property and is particularly skilled in helping clients navigate the process of a property transaction to achieve the best outcome for both parties.

Prior to living in the Algarve, Charlie had a career in the UK as a philanthropic fundraiser and has over 20 years of experience in gaining an understanding of clients’ requirements and finding the right partner to match.

Marilla has over 35 years of experience in the real estate sector and has been part of the Quintas & Casas team since its early days. Having moved permanently to the Algarve in 2018, after many years of visiting and exploring the region, she established and has run our São Brás de Alportel office since early 2022. In early 2026, Marilla was appointed Senior Sales Associate, recognising her experience, knowledge and commitment to both her clients and the local property market.

Having chosen São Brás de Alportel as her home, Marilla has a genuine passion for the area and an enduring love of property that, as she puts it, “runs through her veins”. Her own experience of renovating and developing property has also given her a valuable understanding of working alongside local architects, engineers and builders, as well as the practical realities of buying, renovating and owning property in the Algarve.

Warm, enthusiastic and highly personable, Marilla believes that successful property sales are built on understanding people as much as understanding property. Her priority is always to work closely with her clients, taking the time to understand their individual needs, aspirations and circumstances and to provide honest, knowledgeable and personal guidance throughout their property journey.

Nélia was born in France and moved to Portugal at the age of 11. She graduated in administration and discovered her passion for real estate at an early age. Over the years, she has trained in various areas of real estate to meet all her clients' needs. She has worked in various areas of the Algarve, such as Quarteira, Vilamoura and Loulé, but it was in São Brás de Alportel that she discovered her favourite area.

São Brás de Alportel retains its original essence, customs and traditions, and also represents the traditional Algarve with its renovated farmhouses, traditional chimneys, Santa Catarina tiles, and a huge diversity of cultures from all over the world. Marta first became involved in estate agency in 2006. For 15 years, she worked in administration, supporting estate agents in the Vilamoura and Quarteira areas. She holds a degree in Tourism from the University of the Algarve, is fluent in English and has strong organisational skills.

After a break of a few years from the property sector, she accepted the challenge and returned to join the team at Quintas & Casas, where she hopes her experience will be an asset to the company.

Eugenie has over 20 years’ experience in business operations, company start-ups, procurement, facilities and events management, predominantly within the design and real estate industries. Her career has seen her work with businesses ranging from small start-ups to international companies with over 120 employees and offices across London, Amsterdam, the Middle East and Portugal.

Having played a key role in establishing and developing businesses, Eugenie has extensive experience in creating the structure, systems and relationships needed to make a business operate successfully. Her broad experience, combined with a practical and highly organised approach, enables her to manage everything from procurement and facilities through to projects, events and the day-to-day demands of a growing company.

At Quintas & Casas, Eugenie is responsible for overseeing the operations of the business, ensuring the team has the support and resources it needs to provide clients with a professional and seamless experience.

Vasco is originally from Loulé and has an in-depth knowledge of the region, drawing on a vast network of contacts and local expertise built up over the years. Having graduated in Communication Design from the University of the Algarve in Faro, he became involved in the property sector at an early age, influenced by his father’s career, who had always been involved in the industry.

In 2023, he moved to Bordeira, in Santa Bárbara de Nexe, a place for which he has developed a very special affection and where he particularly enjoys working today. With 10 years’ experience in the property market, Vasco maintains an active presence not only in Loulé, but also in other key areas of the Algarve, such as Almancil, Vilamoura and Quarteira. It is out in the field that he truly feels at home, dedicating himself to actively scouting for and identifying new opportunities and properties.

Passionate about surfing and skateboarding, Vasco brings a relaxed, authentic and approachable style to the property business. His youthful energy, combined with his knowledge of the market and the region, enables him to build relationships based on trust and to provide each client with personalised support throughout the entire process.

Every team needs someone whose main responsibilities are making people smile, and at Quintas & Casas, that role belongs to Sir Lancelot.

The smallest member of our São Brás de Alportel team, Lancelot came to us after being found abandoned near some bins as a kitten. Happily, he soon found his forever home — and decided that the Q&C office should be his second home too!

These days, Sir Lancelot enjoys coming into the office Monday to Friday, where he can usually be found enjoying one of his favourite activities: sleeping. When he's not catching up on his beauty sleep, however, he takes his role as office greeter very seriously.

Visitors to our São Brás office are often given the full Lancelot welcome — usually involving a little curiosity, a friendly inspection and, if you're lucky, some quality time with the boss of the building.

He may be the smallest member of the Quintas & Casas team, but Sir Lancelot certainly makes his presence felt. ❤️
